When the match had gone on for 30 minutes, Maximiliano Eron took a quick shot and it went in 3-0 without a chance for Silvio Benino to make any attempt to save it. Maximiliano Eron blasted a shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Silvio Benino having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maximiliano Eron in the 33rd minute of play forced C.A.Ituzaingo Ψ's goalkeeper Silvio Benino to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 37th minute the ball was on its way in behind C.A.Ituzaingo Ψ's goalkeeper Silvio Benino, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Silvio Benino made a fantastic save in the 40th minute, when Maximiliano Eron sent off a good shot on target. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Rodolfo Enaut made a kick off. After 51 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for C.A.Ituzaingo Ψ! When Stellan Sellberg fell near the penalty area in the 54th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Polar Ice Caps's protests and gave Stellan Sellberg a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of C.A.Ituzaingo Ψ booed when Polar Ice Caps was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Stellan Sellberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. Polar Ice Caps's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave C.A.Ituzaingo Ψ the free kick. Michael Hjelm hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. Henry Blom was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 79th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Tomas Gabirel. In the 80th minute, C.A.Ituzaingo Ψ's Timoteo Jenaro dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-1. Maximiliano Eron fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Silvio Benino having to interfere. In the 97th minute, Leonides Enaut got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Polar Ice Caps fans cheered their team off the field, for while C.A.Ituzaingo Ψ had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
