Mateo Pession started the match with the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stellan Sellberg in the 4th minute of play forced ACR SA's goalkeeper Waldemar Klimkiewicz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A hard shot by Olgierd Ochylski from long distance, 8 minutes into the match, got Henry Blom's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. After some fancy dribbling in the 15th minute, Maximiliano Eron managed to get in a good position for a shot. Polar Ice Caps's supporters rose to their feet, but Maximiliano Eron was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Waldemar Klimkiewicz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 19 minutes had been played when some careless play by ACR SA's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. André Botvidsson was slow to take the kick. During this time Polar Ice Caps's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that André Botvidsson got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Waldemar Klimkiewicz quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. The audience was convinced that Mateo Pession's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Henry Blom was relentless in the 20th minute of the game. Waldemar Klimkiewicz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maximiliano Eron in the 25th minute of play. Henry Blom made a fantastic save in the 27th minute, when Boguslaw Wojton sent off a good shot on target. In the 28th minute of the match ACR SA got a corner. Polar Ice Caps's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Olgierd Ochylski ran over to the corner to take the kick. After 36 minutes, Maximiliano Eron made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. ACR SA's Waldemar Klimkiewicz tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. A sloppy throw-in by Remigiusz Mitus in the 40th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Polar Ice Caps's Dennis Malmberg. 41 minutes into the match, ACR SA's goal looked a bit too open when Maximiliano Eron came free, but Waldemar Klimkiewicz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Petter Wikander sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 46 minutes into the game, Jörn Lidström was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Polar Ice Caps's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave ACR SA the free kick. The supporters of ACR SA booed when Polar Ice Caps was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jörn Lidström didn't get a good kick on the ball. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

Dennis Malmberg kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Maximiliano Eron kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Waldemar Klimkiewicz. That made the score 0-2 in the 59 minute of play. Dennis Malmberg was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 63rd minute. Polar Ice Caps's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Olgierd Ochylski in the 65th minute of play forced Polar Ice Caps's goalkeeper Henry Blom to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With 72 minutes on the clock, Jack Lundblad commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. Henry Blom had in the 75thth minute some difficulties stopping Mateo Pession's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. 1-2 came in the 75th minute when Mateo Pession all by himself managed to get straight through the defense and place the ball into the net to the right of Henry Blom. A collision led to Polar Ice Caps getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Maximiliano Eron hit a great ball. Waldemar Klimkiewicz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maximiliano Eron in the 80th minute of play. The supporters of ACR SA booed when Polar Ice Caps was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Petter Wikander didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Polar Ice Caps's Petter Wikander got a free kick in the 85th minute. Polar Ice Caps's Maximiliano Eron got a good chance for a goal in the 87th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 91st minute, Sivert Sander managed to get in a good position for a shot. Polar Ice Caps's supporters rose to their feet, but Sivert Sander was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Waldemar Klimkiewicz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Maximiliano Eron had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead.
