The tension between the FC PIETROSUL -MM- and the DJK Füchtel Vechta players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to FC PIETROSUL -MM- getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Horia Tărbac hit a great ball. 5 minutes into the game, Jamal Gläsel cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Cristinel Tiberian was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a rather tough play, DJK Füchtel Vechta's Jamal Gläsel got a free kick in the 7th minute. When the match had gone on for 9 minutes, David Tâbârnă took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Kai Hilljegerdes to make any attempt to save it. After 11 minutes of play, DJK Füchtel Vechta's Folke Vielmann made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Cristinel Tiberian was left in no man's land by his defense there! 14 minutes into the game, FC PIETROSUL -MM-'s David Tâbârnă nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Kai Hilljegerdes made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. 2-3 became the score in the 19th minute when Folke Vielmann elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. When Felix Chițu came up free with the goalie in the 23rd minute, the FC PIETROSUL -MM- fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Felix Chițu couldn't finish the play. Kai Hilljegerdes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Felix Chițu, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by David Tâbârnă in the 35th minute of play forced DJK Füchtel Vechta's goalkeeper Kai Hilljegerdes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 40th minute Jamal Gläsel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cristinel Tiberian saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 40 minutes into the match, Jamal Gläsel had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Cristinel Tiberian. FC PIETROSUL -MM-'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jamal Gläsel was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-4. Cristinel Tiberian took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Christoph Tiede, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jamal Gläsel to strike the kick off in the second half. Folke Vielmann scored 2-5 in the 54th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Cristinel Tiberian, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 57th match minute, DJK Füchtel Vechta was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jamal Gläsel to maneuver through the defense. In the 58th minute David Tâbârnă shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kai Hilljegerdes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Octav Martinaș's late challenge caught a DJK Füchtel Vechta's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Octav Martinaș helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of DJK Füchtel Vechta booed when FC PIETROSUL -MM- was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Octav Martinaș didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jamal Gläsel could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 79th minute of the match, but Cristinel Tiberian made a huge save. FC PIETROSUL -MM-'s Cristinel Tiberian played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Folke Vielmann in the 82nd minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Christoph Tiede during the 94th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of FC PIETROSUL -MM- booed when DJK Füchtel Vechta was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Christoph Tiede didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched DJK Füchtel Vechta eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
