Luís Paraibano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Júlio Soares having to interfere. Pedro Čech didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Luiz Gustavo Sanches went, in the 31st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Breguete FC's Júlio Soares played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luís Paraibano in the 37th minute of play. The wind increased when Petrus Catarinense made the kick off in the second half. Júlio Soares came out of the goal in the 52nd minute to try and stop a shot by Seterma Tractors's Luís Paraibano. But to his dismay, Luís Paraibano quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Petrus Catarinense took the ball and in the 55 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Júlio Soares. Júlio Soares dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. In the 62nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Breguete FC's goalkeeper Júlio Soares, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 64th minute of the match Seterma Tractors got a corner. Breguete FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Luís Paraibano ran over to the corner to take the kick. A well-hit corner resulted in Manoel Prestes heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. If Petrus Catarinense had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Luís Paraibano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Júlio Soares having to interfere. Júlio Soares took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Petrus Catarinense, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Júlio Soares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Petrus Catarinense, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. In the 77th minute, Xie Cheng Ao ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Júlio Soares was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-1. A collision led to Breguete FC getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Norberto Massa hit a great ball. In the 82nd minute of the match Luís Paraibano shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Júlio Soares showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Breguete FC's Júlio Soares played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Petrus Catarinense in the 84th minute of play. In the 89th minute José Augusto Santos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedro Čech saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Petrus Catarinense hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. Enio Dias's late challenge caught a Seterma Tractors's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Enio Dias helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Breguete FC's Enio Dias got a free kick in the 91st minute.
