But to his dismay, Frank Novella quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. FC CZARNUCHY's Vincent Adkins played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by John Guidetti in the 19th minute of play. In the 20th match minute, FC CZARNUCHY was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tracey Christensen to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Baxters Boys's Staffan Åman got a free kick in the 20th minute. John Guidetti could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 29th minute of the match, but Vincent Adkins made a huge save. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

In the 51st minute Kevin Skarkman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vincent Adkins saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 51 minutes, Kevin Skarkman made it 2-1 with a short kick to the right side. FC CZARNUCHY's Vincent Adkins tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Vincent Adkins was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Gustavo Arrelucea's late challenge caught a Baxters Boys's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gustavo Arrelucea helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Baxters Boys booed when FC CZARNUCHY was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gustavo Arrelucea didn't get a good kick on the ball.
