Spectators: 7966 (Terracing: 5976, Seating: 1832, VIP seats: 158) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Florian Schulitz got the match started through his kick off. In the 2nd minute, Roman Biehlert made a precise shot to the right of Vincent Adkins. FC CZARNUCHY's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Tracey Christensen kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. Vincent Adkins came out of the goal in the 8th minute to try and stop a shot by Academica Pulheim's Roman Biehlert. But to his dismay, Roman Biehlert quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. After having played for 14 minutes, Jonas Spetz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC CZARNUCHY's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jonas Spetz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 15th minute, Jonas Spetz fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Dariusz Wieberneit, passed just outside the right post. Gustavo Arrelucea received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Dariusz Wieberneit came out and tried to block the shot, but Gustavo Arrelucea slotted it home off the left post making it 1-2 in the 16th minute. Vincent Adkins showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jari Anzengruber, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. Sanford Dominguez was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 23 minutes into the match. Sanford Dominguez hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. Dariusz Wieberneit showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jonas Spetz in the 27th minute of the match. Jonas Spetz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dariusz Wieberneit made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jonas Spetz in the 33rd minute. Dariusz Wieberneit was out of position in the 36 minute of play, and Jonas Spetz capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Jonas Spetz really showed his touch with that goal: 2-2. When Jonas Spetz fell near the penalty area in the 47th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC CZARNUCHY's protests and gave Jonas Spetz a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to FC CZARNUCHY getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Jonas Spetz hit a great ball. The first half was very even, with the score at 2-2 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jonas Spetz made a kick off. In the 52nd minute, Jonas Spetz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Dariusz Wieberneit made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jonas Spetz in the 54th minute of play. After 56 minutes Academica Pulheim's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Julian Stearns who took care of the corner kick. Dariusz Wieberneit took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jonas Spetz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jonas Spetz struck a weak shot in the 63rd minute. Dariusz Wieberneit didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC CZARNUCHY. Academica Pulheim's Ambrosius Hirz got a good chance for a goal in the 65th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Academica Pulheim's Dariusz Wieberneit played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jonas Spetz in the 69th minute of play. In the 76th minute, Jonas Spetz ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dariusz Wieberneit was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-2. 80 minutes into the match, Academica Pulheim's goal looked a bit too open when Jonas Spetz came free, but Dariusz Wieberneit reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Jonas Spetz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. A collision led to Academica Pulheim getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Uffe Rybohl hit a great ball. The FC CZARNUCHY players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
