Spectators: 7985 (Terracing: 5990, Seating: 1836, VIP seats: 159) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Milosz Milko started the match with the kick off. After 8 played minutes Leeton United FC got a freekick which was hit by Dale Sobezak. Davey Haeberle showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kacper Zarobski, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. After 10 minutes Leeton United FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Kamen Beluhov who took care of the corner kick. Davey Haeberle showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kacper Zarobski in the 12th minute of the match. Davey Haeberle made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dobromir Mosiniak in the 14th minute of play. Jervis Nurthen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Luis Maestro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paul Paull in the 23rd minute of play forced FC Saxon's goalkeeper Luis Maestro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Davey Haeberle made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Milosz Milko in the 25th minute of play. In the 33rd minute Dobromir Mosiniak shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Davey Haeberle saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 36 minutes into the match, FC Saxon's goal looked a bit too open when Blade Pincini came free, but Luis Maestro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 39th minute, Kacper Zarobski made a precise shot to the right of Davey Haeberle. Leeton United FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Blade Pincini to make the kick off. 55 minutes into the match, FC Saxon's goal looked a bit too open when Blade Pincini came free, but Luis Maestro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 57 minutes into the match, Leeton United FC's goal looked a bit too open when Czeslaw Sochacki came free, but Davey Haeberle reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 57th minute Czeslaw Sochacki shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Davey Haeberle saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Czeslaw Sochacki in the 57th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Davey Haeberle prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A collision led to FC Saxon getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Kamen Beluhov hit a great ball. In the 60th minute Blade Pincini shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luis Maestro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Clay Cudmore kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. After having played for 66 minutes, Milosz Milko managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Saxon's supporters crossed their fingers, but Milosz Milko was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Davey Haeberle was a little too slow when Czeslaw Gacki got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 67th minute. The score was now 0-2. 70 minutes into the match, Leeton United FC's goal looked a bit too open when Czeslaw Sochacki came free, but Davey Haeberle reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the FC Saxon defense, Blade Pincini kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Luis Maestro. The FC Saxon fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Luis Maestro should have stopped the shot. After a rather tough play, Leeton United FC's Boyd Mcgirr got a free kick in the 79th minute. Davey Haeberle made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kacper Zarobski in the 84th minute of play. In the 86th minute, Paul Paull left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Leeton United FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. A collision led to FC Saxon getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. In the 96th minute, Carson Sobezak sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and FC Saxon's Luis Maestro didn't even have to move. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the FC Saxon players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
