After the first half Sundborn IF were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Hans Hasund showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Milosz Milko, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. Jan Bocklund hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. Hans Hasund took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Milosz Milko, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Milosz Milko had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tor Ahlbom got free with Luis Maestro in the 69th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 72 minutes in the game, Sven Lind dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. Sundborn IF's Josef Blomqvist was substituted for Sebastian Göransson. Milosz Milko took the ball and in the 77 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Hans Hasund. Hans Hasund dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Hans Hasund showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Milosz Milko, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. Sundborn IF's Hans Hasund played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Milosz Milko in the 85th minute of play.
