Abel Abraão lost his temper 3 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In the 2nd minute, one of Glany proboszcza:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Glany proboszcza. Glany proboszcza:s Iwo Pieprz showed great skill when he stopped Ferdi van der Schaaf:s penalty. Ferdi van der Schaaf took the ball and in the 5 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Iwo Pieprz. Iwo Pieprz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Karol Lewicki received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Hendrik Adriaanse came out and tried to block the shot, but Karol Lewicki slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 7th minute. In the 12th match minute, De Pelgrims was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jef Savenije to maneuver through the defense. 13 minutes into the match, Karol Lewicki had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Hendrik Adriaanse. De Pelgrims's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Karol Lewicki was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. Through an outstanding action, after 17 minutes, Hendrik Adriaanse successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. De Pelgrims's Hendrik Adriaanse proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 18th minute of the match, managed to save De Pelgrims from getting a goal against them. The audience was convinced that Kelvin de Boer's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Iwo Pieprz was relentless in the 21st minute of the game. Fabian Henryk hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Glany proboszcza's Bogumil Mlekodaj got a free kick in the 25th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cosme Rumaldo in the 30th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Hendrik Adriaanse prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Karol Lewicki's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Hendrik Adriaanse firmly grabbed it by the left post. The supporters of Glany proboszcza booed when De Pelgrims was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Danny van den Hoogen didn't get a good kick on the ball. 40 minutes into the game, Damian Niziolek recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Hendrik Adriaanse. Damian Niziolek showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-1. When Karol Lewicki came up free with the goalie in the 46th minute, the Glany proboszcza fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Karol Lewicki couldn't finish the play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-1 at half-time.

The wind increased when Cosme Rumaldo made the kick off in the second half. De Pelgrims's Hendrik Adriaanse played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Damian Niziolek in the 52nd minute of play. Kristian Roswinkel hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 54th minute, Damian Niziolek managed to get in a good position for a shot. Glany proboszcza's supporters rose to their feet, but Damian Niziolek was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hendrik Adriaanse breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Cosme Rumaldo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 61 minutes into the game, Glany proboszcza's Cosme Rumaldo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Hendrik Adriaanse made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-1. Hendrik Adriaanse stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cosme Rumaldo's shot from short distance in the 68th minute. Hendrik Adriaanse showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cosme Rumaldo in the 72nd minute of the match. De Pelgrims's Hendrik Adriaanse played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cosme Rumaldo in the 74th minute of play. After a rather tough play, De Pelgrims's Jef Savenije got a free kick in the 78th minute. After a rather tough play, De Pelgrims's Frits Beuneker got a free kick in the 87th minute. Hendrik Adriaanse took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cosme Rumaldo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cosme Rumaldo in the 93rd minute of play forced De Pelgrims's goalkeeper Hendrik Adriaanse to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jef Savenije hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. When the referee ended the match the Glany proboszcza players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
