Karl Arhenius kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. 16 minutes into the game, Sundborn IF's Karl Arhenius nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Sérgio Romero made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. In the 21st minute Joaquin Gallardo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hans Hasund saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 23 minutes into the game, Jonas Hybbert was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sundborn IF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Gutenberg the free kick. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Joaquin Gallardo in the 25th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Hans Hasund saved Sundborn IF from getting behind. Hans Hasund made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joaquin Gallardo in the 27th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Gutenberg's Manuel Nicholas got a free kick in the 30th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Karl Arhenius in the 32nd minute of play forced Gutenberg's goalkeeper Sérgio Romero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sundborn IF's Hans Hasund proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 34th minute of the match, managed to save Sundborn IF from getting a goal against them. The supporters of Gutenberg booed when Sundborn IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jan Bocklund didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sérgio Romero was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When Eulalio Gitano fell near the penalty area in the 45th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Gutenberg's protests and gave Eulalio Gitano a yellow card for diving instead. In the 45th match minute, Gutenberg was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eulalio Gitano to maneuver through the defense. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

Sundborn IF's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Oskar Arenberg could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 87th minute of the match, but Sérgio Romero made a huge save. After 89 minutes of play, Gutenberg's Joaquin Gallardo made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Hans Hasund was left in no man's land by his defense there! Maximiliano Etxepare charged in rather forcefully in the 92nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Maximiliano Etxepare the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Gutenberg getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Maximiliano Etxepare hit a great ball. With a little luck, Gutenberg's Sérgio Romero got control of the ball when Sven Lind tried to sneak it across the goal line. Gutenberg's Sérgio Romero played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Karl Arhenius in the 95th minute of play. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
