Spectators: 8007 (Terracing: 6007, Seating: 1841, VIP seats: 159) In the 3rd minute Blade Pincini shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hendrik Adriaanse saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 5 minutes into the match, Blade Pincini had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Hendrik Adriaanse. De Pelgrims's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Blade Pincini was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Carson Sobezak recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 9th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to De Pelgrims getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Danny van den Hoogen hit a great ball. After 12 played minutes, Leeton United FC's Dale Sobezak shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Hendrik Adriaanse came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Leeton United FC reached it. 14 minutes into the match, De Pelgrims's goal looked a bit too open when Paul Paull came free, but Hendrik Adriaanse reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The De Pelgrims fans' excitement grew in the 16th match minute when De Pelgrims's Frits Beuneker looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Frits Beuneker received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Davey Haeberle tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ernest Giles kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. When Koos Keupink came up free with the goalie in the 26th minute, the De Pelgrims fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Koos Keupink couldn't finish the play. 29 minutes into the match, Danny van den Hoogen notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Leeton United FC's Davey Haeberle. Davey Haeberle was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 33rd match minute, Leeton United FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Benard Millar to maneuver through the defense. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Frits Beuneker to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Danny van den Hoogen left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The De Pelgrims fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. Ernest Giles kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. In the 65th minute, Paul Paull ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Hendrik Adriaanse was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-3. Hendrik Adriaanse took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Blade Pincini, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. De Pelgrims's Frits Beuneker got a good chance for a goal in the 79th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Blade Pincini took the ball and in the 85 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Hendrik Adriaanse. Hendrik Adriaanse dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-3. De Pelgrims's Hendrik Adriaanse played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carson Sobezak in the 88th minute of play. Blade Pincini sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Carson Sobezak received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Hendrik Adriaanse tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Hendrik Adriaanse made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Blade Pincini in the 95th minute of play. The De Pelgrims players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Leeton United FC from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
