After a rather tough play, F.C.BARLAD's Florin Aalexoaiei got a free kick in the 3rd minute. In the 4th minute, Sydney Gonçalves hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, F.C.BARLAD's Pablo Paz got a free kick in the 13th minute. In the 15th match minute, Psiu! was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by 曲明强 to maneuver through the defense. After some careless play in the Psiu! defense, Ni Gang Yi kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Laércio Sá. The Psiu! fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Laércio Sá should have stopped the shot. In the 25th minute, Ni Gang Yi left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The F.C.BARLAD fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Florin Racoviceanu during the 27th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 27th match minute, F.C.BARLAD was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Florin Racoviceanu to maneuver through the defense. 31 minutes into the match, Psiu!'s goal looked a bit too open when Ni Gang Yi came free, but Laércio Sá reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ni Gang Yi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Laércio Sá having to interfere. Laércio Sá came out of the goal in the 36th minute to try and stop a shot by F.C.BARLAD's Calistrat Bucuță. But to his dismay, Calistrat Bucuță quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-6. 42 minutes into the match, Sydney Gonçalves had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Wojtek Szczęsny. F.C.BARLAD's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Sydney Gonçalves was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-6. Wojtek Szczęsny made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sydney Gonçalves in the 44th minute. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-6 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ni Gang Yi stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 55 minutes into the match, Psiu!'s goalkeeper Laércio Sá had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Calistrat Bucuță. After 56th play minutes Braulio Castel shot 1-7, a short shot which went by Laércio Sá and just under the crossbar into goal. Laércio Sá showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ni Gang Yi in the 60th minute of the match. The supporters of F.C.BARLAD booed when Psiu! was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. 曲明强 didn't get a good kick on the ball. 64 minutes into the game, Psiu!'s Sydney Gonçalves nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Wojtek Szczęsny made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-7. Laércio Sá stood somewhat misplaced when Braulio Castel came free in front of goal and shot 2-8 to the left of him in the 67 minute. After a rather tough play, F.C.BARLAD's Ştefan Crețu got a free kick in the 70th minute. The supporters of Psiu! booed when F.C.BARLAD was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Florin Aalexoaiei didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 76th minute, Sydney Gonçalves managed to get in a good position for a shot. Psiu!'s supporters rose to their feet, but Sydney Gonçalves was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Wojtek Szczęsny breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 78 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Psiu!! The referee gave F.C.BARLAD a penalty, 81 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Pablo Paz, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Psiu!'s Laércio Sá. 2-9. Psiu!'s Laércio Sá played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ni Gang Yi in the 83rd minute of play. In the 85th minute, 曲明强 hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Laércio Sá made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ni Gang Yi in the 88th minute of play. 90 minutes into the game, F.C.BARLAD's Calistrat Bucuță nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Laércio Sá made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-10. The audience thought a goal was coming when Calistrat Bucuță got free with Laércio Sá in the 92nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Wojtek Szczęsny showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mané Castro, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. The F.C.BARLAD supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing F.C.BARLAD would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
