With a little luck, LiBeRiA F.C.'s Eustaquio Sengrat got control of the ball when Braulio Castel tried to sneak it across the goal line. Wojtek Szczęsny showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Damaso Reyes, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. Eustaquio Sengrat made a fantastic save in the 11th minute, when Braulio Castel sent off a good shot on target. In the 19th minute, Sandu Brădescu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 21st match minute, F.C.BARLAD was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ştefan Crețu to maneuver through the defense. Eustaquio Sengrat showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ni Gang Yi in the 24th minute of the match. After 30 minutes, Damaso Reyes made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. F.C.BARLAD's Wojtek Szczęsny tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 38th minute of the match, Braulio Castel got a very nice opportunity to score, but Eustaquio Sengrat was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Eustaquio Sengrat was out of position in the 41 minute of play, and Ni Gang Yi capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Ni Gang Yi really showed his touch with that goal: 1-1. Paolo Oriol kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. F.C.BARLAD's Pablo Paz couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 44th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for LiBeRiA F.C.. Wojtek Szczęsny showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cornelio Constancio, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. Eustaquio Sengrat took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Braulio Castel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Cornelio Constancio stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Wojtek Szczęsny made a fantastic save in the 55th minute, when Cornelio Constancio sent off a good shot on target. When the match had gone on for 58 minutes, Damaso Reyes took a quick shot and it went in 1-3 without a chance for Wojtek Szczęsny to make any attempt to save it. In the 60th minute, Florin Racoviceanu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cornelio Constancio took the ball and in the 61 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Wojtek Szczęsny. Wojtek Szczęsny dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-4. LiBeRiA F.C.'s Eustaquio Sengrat played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Braulio Castel in the 66th minute of play. In the 66th match minute, F.C.BARLAD was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ştefan Crețu to maneuver through the defense. Cornelio Constancio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wojtek Szczęsny having to interfere. 75 minutes into the match, F.C.BARLAD's Ni Gang Yi sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Eustaquio Sengrat narrowly saved just below the crossbar. F.C.BARLAD made a substitution. Calistrat Bucuță replaced Sandu Brădescu. After 77 minutes LiBeRiA F.C.'s defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Pablo Paz who took care of the corner kick. The supporters of F.C.BARLAD booed when LiBeRiA F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Prospero Musko didn't get a good kick on the ball. 80 minutes into the game, F.C.BARLAD's Ni Gang Yi nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Eustaquio Sengrat made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-4. After 82 played minutes F.C.BARLAD got a freekick which was hit by Braulio Castel. Eustaquio Sengrat made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ni Gang Yi in the 91st minute of play. After some careless play in the LiBeRiA F.C. defense, Ştefan Crețu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Eustaquio Sengrat. The LiBeRiA F.C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Eustaquio Sengrat should have stopped the shot. The LiBeRiA F.C. supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing LiBeRiA F.C. would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
