Tom Rank started the match with the kick off. Magnus Pulver fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Petros Ntonas having to interfere. Petros Ntonas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tom Rank, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kunnar Varendi in the 12th minute of play forced Saronida FC's goalkeeper Petros Ntonas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sotiris Pavlidis kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. In the 21st minute Tom Rank shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Petros Ntonas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Saronida FC's Anastasios Zotalis got a free kick in the 27th minute. After 30 played minutes FC Rebel got a freekick which was hit by Tom Rank. If Anastasios Zotalis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Petros Ntonas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Magnus Pulver in the 38th minute of play. After 40 played minutes FC Rebel got a freekick which was hit by Edvin Ringo. Petros Ntonas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tom Rank, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

In the 50th minute Simos Zacharenios shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ando Roosaare saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Antonis Vrazilianos's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ando Roosaare was relentless in the 56th minute of the game. With a little luck, Saronida FC's Petros Ntonas got control of the ball when Tom Rank tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 58th match minute, Saronida FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anastasios Zotalis to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Simos Zacharenios in the 64th minute of play forced FC Rebel's goalkeeper Ando Roosaare to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tom Rank got free with Petros Ntonas in the 67th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Saronida FC's Petros Ntonas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Riivo Püha in the 72nd minute of play. Nikos Stratos's late challenge caught a FC Rebel's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nikos Stratos helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Saronida FC getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Nikos Stratos hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Saronida FC's Antonis Vrazilianos got a free kick in the 74th minute. Saronida FC's Petros Ntonas proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 77th minute of the match, managed to save Saronida FC from getting a goal against them. In the 79th minute Tom Rank shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Petros Ntonas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Petros Ntonas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Magnus Pulver in the 83rd minute of the match. With a little luck, Saronida FC's Petros Ntonas got control of the ball when Kunnar Varendi tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a rather tough play, Saronida FC's Dimitris Koubouris got a free kick in the 92nd minute. FC Rebel's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
