Antonis Vrazilianos started the match with the kick off. After 10 played minutes Saronida FC got a freekick which was hit by Marios Zachalios. Natalio Ferman's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Petros Ntonas read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 12th minute of play. A well done corner resulted in Natalio Ferman drilling the ball in to score 0-1 behind Saronida FC's goalkeeper. Sotiris Pavlidis's late challenge caught a San Lorenzo de Sarandi's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sotiris Pavlidis helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of San Lorenzo de Sarandi booed when Saronida FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sotiris Pavlidis didn't get a good kick on the ball. Petros Ntonas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Natalio Ferman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Leandro Manco made a fantastic save in the 20th minute, when Antonis Vrazilianos sent off a good shot on target. Petros Ntonas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Natalio Ferman, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. San Lorenzo de Sarandi's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. When Eustaquio Tiadoro fell near the penalty area in the 66th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored San Lorenzo de Sarandi's protests and gave Eustaquio Tiadoro a yellow card for diving instead. In the 66th minute, Eustaquio Tiadoro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Eustaquio Tiadoro hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. Petros Ntonas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Bernardo Inko kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Petros Ntonas. That made the score 0-6 in the 82 minute of play. After 93 played minutes San Lorenzo de Sarandi got a freekick which was hit by Eustaquio Tiadoro. After 95 played minutes San Lorenzo de Sarandi got a freekick which was hit by Marcelino Bento. San Lorenzo de Sarandi played a much better game than Saronida FC and deserved their victory. The Saronida FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
