With his leg Leandro Manco managed to avoid a goal in the 8thth minute, when FC Rebel's Tom Rank fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The supporters of San Lorenzo de Sarandi booed when FC Rebel was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kunnar Varendi didn't get a good kick on the ball. 16 minutes into the match, San Lorenzo de Sarandi's goal looked a bit too open when Riivo Püha came free, but Leandro Manco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 18 minutes into the game, San Lorenzo de Sarandi's Natalio Ferman nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ando Roosaare made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Leandro Manco stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Riivo Püha's shot from short distance in the 27th minute. If Natalio Ferman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Natalio Ferman spun around in front of the goal 30 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of FC Rebel's goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Riivo Püha in the 37th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Leandro Manco prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 38 minutes into the game, Eustaquio Tiadoro was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. San Lorenzo de Sarandi's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Rebel the free kick. After a rather tough play, San Lorenzo de Sarandi's Eustaquio Tiadoro got a free kick in the 38th minute. In the 43rd minute, Natalio Ferman got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Natalio Ferman to make the kick off. Natalio Ferman could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 61st minute of the match, but Ando Roosaare made a huge save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Natalio Ferman got free with Ando Roosaare in the 62nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a little luck, FC Rebel's Ando Roosaare got control of the ball when Natalio Ferman tried to sneak it across the goal line. San Lorenzo de Sarandi's Bernardo Inko was substituted for Natalio Ferman. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tom Rank in the 66th minute of play forced San Lorenzo de Sarandi's goalkeeper Leandro Manco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Leandro Manco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tom Rank in the 69th minute of play. Amancio Odilon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ando Roosaare having to interfere. San Lorenzo de Sarandi's Leandro Manco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kunnar Varendi in the 80th minute of play. 81 minutes into the game, Tom Rank was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC Rebel's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave San Lorenzo de Sarandi the free kick. After 81 played minutes FC Rebel got a freekick which was hit by Tom Rank. With a little luck, FC Rebel's Ando Roosaare got control of the ball when Marcelino Bento tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 92nd minute, Bernardo Inko ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ando Roosaare was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. San Lorenzo de Sarandi were furious when Feliciano Orlandus was red carded, 95 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In the 96th match minute, San Lorenzo de Sarandi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Feliciano Orlandus to maneuver through the defense.
