Despite this Osman Tahir quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. FC Montana's Osman Tahir played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alex Raţiu in the 40th minute of play. Arno Martirosyan struck a weak shot in the 44th minute. Osman Tahir didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Khachatryan. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Andaç Mazlum to strike the kick off in the second half. After 51 minutes, Cafu Moura mouthed his way into the referee's book.
