Domingos Savier was out of position in the 3 minute of play, and Andaç Mazlum capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Andaç Mazlum really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Osman Tahir made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gustavo Isazi in the 15th minute of play. In the 16th minute Gustavo Isazi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Osman Tahir saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gustavo Isazi in the 19th minute of play forced FC Montana's goalkeeper Osman Tahir to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to FC Montana getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Andaç Mazlum hit a great ball. Luciano Goizeder charged in rather forcefully in the 27th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Luciano Goizeder the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Northern California's Luciano Goizeder got a free kick in the 27th minute. Osman Tahir showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gustavo Isazi in the 32nd minute of the match. In the 34th minute, Pablo Henrico got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 44 minutes into the match, Northern California's goalkeeper Domingos Savier had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Andaç Mazlum. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gustavo Isazi to strike the kick off in the second half. 1-1 became the score in the 53rd minute when Cristian da Rocha elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Osman Tahir made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gustavo Isazi in the 55th minute of play. 62 minutes into the match, FC Montana's goalkeeper Osman Tahir had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cristian da Rocha. Domingos Savier took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Andaç Mazlum, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 73 minutes into the match, Andaç Mazlum notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Northern California's Domingos Savier. Domingos Savier was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Luciano Goizeder got his second yellow card in the match during the 75th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. In the 76th match minute, Northern California was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luciano Goizeder to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Andaç Mazlum in the 81st minute of play forced Northern California's goalkeeper Domingos Savier to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Osman Tahir made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pablo Henrico in the 87th minute of play. A hard shot 88 in the game by Cristian da Rocha from a close distance when the talented Osman Tahir managed to make a qualified save. FC Montana's players were relieved. 96 minutes into the game, Northern California's Pablo Henrico nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Osman Tahir made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. Despite being the better team, Northern California failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
