Steven Adler kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. Luis Alberto Spinetta took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joélson de Carvalho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gustavo Reis hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. Tiaguinho Netto acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 26th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Ozzy Osbourne. In the 38th match minute, Clube do Remo MZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gustavo Reis to maneuver through the defense.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Joélson de Carvalho made a kick off. In a very dangerous position, a player in Clube do Remo MZ fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 50th minute. Penalty! In the 51st minute there was a penalty for 【E ➣PS2 FC. Genaro Di Santi stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Tiaguinho Netto. 1-0. After a rather tough play, 【E ➣PS2 FC's Genaro Di Santi got a free kick in the 58th minute. In the 60thth minute of the game Nicanor Weather who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Clube do Remo MZ's Tiaguinho Netto was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Genaro Di Santi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tiaguinho Netto having to interfere. 【E ➣PS2 FC's Kurt Cobain was substituted for Genaro Di Santi. Allan da Silveira struck a weak shot in the 71st minute. Luis Alberto Spinetta didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Clube do Remo MZ. Niceto Faron was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 73 minutes into the match. In the 74th match minute, 【E ➣PS2 FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Niceto Faron to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, 【E ➣PS2 FC's David Suarez got a free kick in the 76th minute. 【E ➣PS2 FC's Luis Alberto Spinetta proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 80th minute of the match, managed to save 【E ➣PS2 FC from getting a goal against them. Allan da Silveira could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 85th minute of the match, but Luis Alberto Spinetta made a huge save. Tiaguinho Netto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zeledon Lluc in the 87th minute of play. Joélson de Carvalho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luis Alberto Spinetta having to interfere. Zeledon Lluc took the ball and in the 92 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tiaguinho Netto. Tiaguinho Netto dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. In the 96th match minute, Clube do Remo MZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hortêncio de Lima to maneuver through the defense. Clube do Remo MZ's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
