Spectators: 7968 (Terracing: 5977, Seating: 1833, VIP seats: 158) Nestor Dante started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Israel Bortzaioriz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Martins Souza Pereira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carlinhos Fonseca in the 7th minute of play forced Atletas Campesinos F.C.'s goalkeeper Israel Bortzaioriz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Nestor Dante had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Nestor Dante took the ball and in the 30 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Israel Bortzaioriz. Israel Bortzaioriz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. The supporters of Capivariano F.C. booed when Atletas Campesinos F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. David Abeijon didn't get a good kick on the ball. Israel Bortzaioriz came out of the goal in the 36th minute to try and stop a shot by Capivariano F.C.'s Nestor Dante. But to his dismay, Nestor Dante quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. 42 minutes into the match, Atletas Campesinos F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Martins Souza Pereira came free, but Israel Bortzaioriz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Israel Bortzaioriz came out of the goal in the 43rd minute to try and stop a shot by Capivariano F.C.'s Nestor Dante. But to his dismay, Nestor Dante quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-4. Silvinho Berger made a fantastic save in the 47th minute, when Ovidio Pabla sent off a good shot on target. Disappointed in the 1-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Eustaquio Jakobe to make the kick off. 51 minutes into the match, Capivariano F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Marcial Odon came free, but Silvinho Berger reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Júlio Machado hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. Silvinho Berger made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcial Odon in the 54th minute of play. In the 55th minute, Nestor Dante ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Israel Bortzaioriz was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-5. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Júlio Machado during the 58th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 58th match minute, Capivariano F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Júlio Machado to maneuver through the defense. Doni Donato kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. Silvinho Berger showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ovidio Pabla in the 60th minute of the match. Honorio Monte kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. The supporters of Capivariano F.C. booed when Atletas Campesinos F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jonas Txaran didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Honorio Monte fell near the penalty area in the 66th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Atletas Campesinos F.C.'s protests and gave Honorio Monte a yellow card for diving instead. Martins Souza Pereira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Israel Bortzaioriz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 70th minute, Carlinhos Fonseca managed to get in a good position for a shot. Capivariano F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Carlinhos Fonseca was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Israel Bortzaioriz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Nestor Dante could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 72nd minute of the match, but Israel Bortzaioriz made a huge save. In the 83rd minute Martins Souza Pereira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Israel Bortzaioriz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 89 minutes into the match, Atletas Campesinos F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Martins Souza Pereira came free, but Israel Bortzaioriz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Júlio Machado in the 91st minute of play forced Atletas Campesinos F.C.'s goalkeeper Israel Bortzaioriz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 91 minutes into the game, Eustaquio Jakobe was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Atletas Campesinos F.C.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Capivariano F.C. the free kick. The Capivariano F.C. supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Capivariano F.C. would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
