Raúl Eger blasted a shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Geovanni Pinho having to make a save. 16 minutes into the match, Nestor Dante had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Geovanni Pinho. The supporters of Capivariano F.C. booed when Macaco F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Glauco Negri didn't get a good kick on the ball. The Macaco F.C. fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Capivariano F.C. were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
