Dimitar Ivankov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zachary Barniszke, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With 18 minutes on the clock, Roland Dziatkowicz commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In the 18th minute, one of Zagórna:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Zagórna. After 20 minutes Zagórna's goalkeeper Wlodzimierz Kaszubowski managed, with a little bit of luck, save Arnaldo Justin's penalty, on his right side after a tricky shot. Arnaldo Justin took the ball and in the 20 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Wlodzimierz Kaszubowski. Wlodzimierz Kaszubowski dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Wilfredo Orlondo hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. 34 minutes into the match, Zachary Barniszke had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Dimitar Ivankov. Defensores del Albinegro's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Zachary Barniszke was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. In the 47th minute Adrian Martinez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wlodzimierz Kaszubowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Cyprian Wykowski to make the kick off. Defensores del Albinegro's Dimitar Ivankov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cyprian Wykowski in the 54th minute of play.
