When Gerhard Vejs fell near the penalty area in the 13th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored KS LEW Chorzów's protests and gave Gerhard Vejs a yellow card for diving instead. Bernabe Hanot showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wieslaw Maziarski, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. In the 24th minute KS LEW Chorzów were awarded a corner. Wieslaw Maziarski went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on KS LEW Chorzów's corner Wieslaw Maziarski fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Bernabe Hanot quite easily take care of the ball. Teobaldo Mikeldi got a throw-in 28 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Raul Galo. 31 minutes into the game, Mikolaj Budzynski cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Bernabe Hanot was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Wieslaw Maziarski kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. SABALEPLUS's Bernabe Hanot played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mikolaj Budzynski in the 41st minute of play. After 44 minutes SABALEPLUS's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Wieslaw Maziarski who took care of the corner kick. A well-hit corner resulted in Wlodzimierz Zbikowski heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jairo Tab to make the kick off. One of KS LEW Chorzów:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of SABALEPLUS:s goal. Wit Kasperowicz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jairo Tab in the 70th minute of the match. Wit Kasperowicz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gualterio Regis in the 73rd minute of play. With a little luck, SABALEPLUS's Bernabe Hanot got control of the ball when Wieslaw Maziarski tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 80 played minutes SABALEPLUS got a freekick which was hit by Jairo Tab. Wit Kasperowicz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gualterio Regis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Mikolaj Budzynski's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Bernabe Hanot was relentless in the 89th minute of the game. KS LEW Chorzów's Wit Kasperowicz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jairo Tab in the 97th minute of play. Chants of KS LEW Chorzów echoed around the stadium as the match drew to a close. Supporters and players were both delighted with the win, as SABALEPLUS had held the ball for most of the match.
