Spectators: 7947 (Terracing: 5961, Seating: 1828, VIP seats: 158) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Fidel Dimas made the kick off which started today's match. After 8 minutes of play, MZ Fénix's Noel Tinoco made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Quique Iglesias was left in no man's land by his defense there! With a little luck, Los Delfines's Quique Iglesias got control of the ball when Noel Tinoco tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 15 played minutes MZ Fénix got a freekick which was hit by Lázaro Caldas. Pedro Cresconio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Zarco Bandeira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 21st match minute, MZ Fénix was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gusmão Moreira to maneuver through the defense. Zarco Bandeira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pedro Cresconio in the 25th minute of the match. After 29 played minutes Los Delfines got a freekick which was hit by Dalmacio Edwardo. If Noel Tinoco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Noel Tinoco could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 30th minute of the match, but Quique Iglesias made a huge save. After some fancy dribbling in the 32nd minute, Fidel Dimas managed to get in a good position for a shot. Los Delfines's supporters rose to their feet, but Fidel Dimas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Zarco Bandeira breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Quique Iglesias took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Noel Tinoco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 40 minutes into the match, Los Delfines's goalkeeper Quique Iglesias had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Noel Tinoco. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pedro Cresconio in the 41st minute of play forced MZ Fénix's goalkeeper Zarco Bandeira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Noel Tinoco made a kick off. In the 53rd minute of the game Dalmacio Edwardo made a throw-in which Pedro Cresconio played forward. MZ Fénix's Zarco Bandeira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fidel Dimas in the 58th minute of play. Zarco Bandeira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pedro Cresconio in the 63rd minute of play. 65 minutes into the match, Los Delfines's goal looked a bit too open when Nuno Cruz came free, but Quique Iglesias reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 66 minutes, Wilson Pestana mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the MZ Fénix and the Los Delfines players grew even worse after the yellow card. Wilson Pestana kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. Cayetano Rolado's shot from long distance in the 67th minute was not bad at all, but MZ Fénix's Zarco Bandeira knew what was happening and pushed the ball into his arms just before it hit the right post. 69 minutes into the game, Ciriaco Veronica recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Zarco Bandeira. Ciriaco Veronica showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. With a little luck, MZ Fénix's Zarco Bandeira got control of the ball when Fidel Dimas tried to sneak it across the goal line. Quique Iglesias showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Noel Tinoco, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. Quique Iglesias came out of the goal in the 80th minute to try and stop a shot by MZ Fénix's Noel Tinoco. But to his dismay, Noel Tinoco quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Quique Iglesias showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Noel Tinoco, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. MZ Fénix's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Vicente Domingues in the 85th minute. For all the effort they put into the match, the Los Delfines players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for MZ Fénix.
