The OROTINENSE fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jacinto Ostots should have stopped the shot. Sérgio Goycochea showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Iordache Opincaru in the 12th minute of the match. In the 14th minute, Los Gallos's Marcos Abellan ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Jacinto Ostots. Jacinto Ostots yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-0. OROTINENSE's Jacinto Ostots proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 18th minute of the match, managed to save OROTINENSE from getting a goal against them. Jacinto Ostots made an important save on a dangerous shot by Arnoldo Amaya in the 20th minute. In the 21st match minute, Los Gallos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Doroteo Cameno to maneuver through the defense. Jacinto Ostots showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcos Abellan, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. The Los Gallos fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. In the 38th minute the ball was on its way in behind OROTINENSE's goalkeeper Jacinto Ostots, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Los Gallos's Marcos Abellan got a good chance for a goal in the 40th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Through an outstanding action, after 41 minutes, Jacinto Ostots successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Jacinto Ostots made an important save on a dangerous shot by Muni Cero in the 44th minute.
