Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sixto Gurutz in the 3rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Quique Iglesias prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, Los Delfines's Tomás Domeka got a free kick in the 3rd minute. Quique Iglesias showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sixto Gurutz in the 7th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Los Delfines's zone, Sixto Gurutz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Quique Iglesias came out of the goal and Sixto Gurutz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 20th minute, Sixto Gurutz left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Internet XAire fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Andrés Inocente during the 35th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 35th minute, Andrés Inocente hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 39th minute Gary Neville shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Quique Iglesias saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Tomás Domeka kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. Benedicto Selatse, 54 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Dean Bollaert received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Internet XAire's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
