Los Delfines's Quique Iglesias played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sixto Gurutz in the 13th minute of play. In the 16th minute, Eriberto Quiroga hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 17th match minute, Internet XAire was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Andrés Inocente to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Internet XAire's Eriberto Quiroga got a free kick in the 18th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Fidel Dimas in the 19th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alain Heuze saved Internet XAire from getting behind. Narciso Ugutz's late challenge caught a Los Delfines's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Narciso Ugutz helped the player get up and apologised.
