Spectators: 8007 (Terracing: 6007, Seating: 1841, VIP seats: 159) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Sixto Gurutz made the kick off which started today's match. Gaston Gar made in the 4th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Internet XAire's Roman Vigil. In the 5th minute Marcos Abellan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alain Heuze saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sérgio Goycochea showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sixto Gurutz in the 16th minute of the match. Sérgio Goycochea made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andrés Inocente in the 18th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Andrés Inocente in the 18th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Sérgio Goycochea saved Los Gallos from getting behind. Internet XAire's Alain Heuze played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcos Abellan in the 19th minute of play. In the 20th minute, Arnoldo Amaya hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Arnoldo Amaya could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 29th minute of the match, but Alain Heuze made a huge save. Gary Neville's late challenge caught a Los Gallos's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gary Neville helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Los Gallos booed when Internet XAire was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gary Neville didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 32nd minute, Boyko Rushkarski fired a really elegant long shot, but Alain Heuze threw himself and managed to get hold of the ball just in front of the right post. Internet XAire's Alain Heuze played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcos Abellan in the 38th minute of play. Roman Vigil kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. In the 42nd match minute, Los Gallos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gaston Gar to maneuver through the defense. Internet XAire's Alain Heuze proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 45th minute of the match, managed to save Internet XAire from getting a goal against them.

In the 54th minute, Sixto Gurutz ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Sérgio Goycochea was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. The supporters of Los Gallos booed when Internet XAire was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sixto Gurutz didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Los Gallos's Arnoldo Amaya got a free kick in the 61st minute. After some careless play in the Internet XAire defense, Arnoldo Amaya kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Alain Heuze. The Internet XAire fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Alain Heuze should have stopped the shot. The referee felt a red card was in order, 69 minutes into the game, when Narciso Ugutz put in a rough tackle. Narciso Ugutz kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. Alain Heuze came out of the goal in the 71st minute to try and stop a shot by Los Gallos's Boyko Rushkarski. But to his dismay, Boyko Rushkarski quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. A collision led to Los Gallos getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Arturo Lain hit a great ball. Benedicto Selatse kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. Marcos Abellan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 77th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 87th minute Marcos Abellan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alain Heuze saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alain Heuze took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marcos Abellan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 91 played minutes Internet XAire got a freekick which was hit by Andrés Inocente. 93 minutes into the match, Arnoldo Amaya had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Alain Heuze. Internet XAire's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Arnoldo Amaya was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. Internet XAire's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
