Cristian Norino blasted a shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Hermengildo Aresti having to make a save. In the 16th minute the ball was on its way in behind Deportivo Pergamino's goalkeeper Hermengildo Aresti, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Jacob Hauvers showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nereo Michael, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. A hard shot 24 in the game by Kadim Argun from a close distance when the talented Hermengildo Aresti managed to make a qualified save. Deportivo Pergamino's players were relieved. Felipe Sidro hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Kadim Argun got free with Hermengildo Aresti in the 35th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Hermengildo Aresti showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kadim Argun, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. With an all-out effort, Winthont FC's Hermengildo Aresti threw himself towards the right post 40 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Slim Shady, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Slim Shady was the one to do the kick off. Slim Shady recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 57 minutes into the game, Felipe Sidro was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Deportivo Pergamino's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Winthont FC the free kick. In the 57th minute, Felipe Sidro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Slim Shady recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 62nd match minute, Winthont FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marcel Wilson to maneuver through the defense. Winthont FC made a substitution. An unexpectedly hard shot by Felipe Sidro in the 65th minute of play forced Winthont FC's goalkeeper Jacob Hauvers to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Brian Broby took the ball and in the 71 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Hermengildo Aresti. Hermengildo Aresti dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. In the 74th minute, Anselmo Dantas ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Hermengildo Aresti was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. In the 78th minute Anselmo Dantas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hermengildo Aresti saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Deportivo Pergamino's Hermengildo Aresti played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Brian Broby in the 83rd minute of play. 85 minutes into the match, Deportivo Pergamino's goal looked a bit too open when Anselmo Dantas came free, but Hermengildo Aresti reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 87th minute, Brian Broby ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Hermengildo Aresti was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. Teo Havier kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. The supporters of Winthont FC booed when Deportivo Pergamino was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Teo Havier didn't get a good kick on the ball. Teo Havier hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. 97 minutes into the game, Winthont FC's Anselmo Dantas nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Hermengildo Aresti made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0.
