In the 10th match minute, Dynamite was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arkadiy Isachenko to maneuver through the defense. After some careless play in the Dynamite defense, Arūnas Murza kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ernest Demyanov. The Dynamite fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ernest Demyanov should have stopped the shot. Ernest Demyanov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Valdas Ivanauskas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Valdas Ivanauskas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Ernest Demyanov tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Tauras Dovydėnas stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tauras Dovydėnas in the 51st minute of play forced Dynamite's goalkeeper Ernest Demyanov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Pavel Lasunin in the 52nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Vaclovas Jurkus saved Absoliut from getting behind. 57 minutes into the game, Aleksandr Chupakov cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Vaclovas Jurkus was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 61st minute, Igor Sklyarov hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 62 minutes into the match, Dynamite's goal looked a bit too open when Valdas Ivanauskas came free, but Ernest Demyanov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vaclovas Jurkus stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Aleksandr Chupakov's shot from short distance in the 63rd minute. Ernest Demyanov was a little too slow when Tauras Dovydėnas got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 65th minute. The score was now 2-2. In the 70th minute Pavel Lasunin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vaclovas Jurkus saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pavel Lasunin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Vaclovas Jurkus tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Absoliut getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Aras Kadys hit a great ball. The referee ignored Dynamite's protests and gave Aleksandr Chupakov a yellow card for diving instead. Dynamite's Ernest Demyanov proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 90th minute of the match, managed to save Dynamite from getting a goal against them. 93 minutes into the match, Dynamite's Aleksandr Chupakov sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Vaclovas Jurkus narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Valdas Ivanauskas during the 95th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Absoliut's Valdas Ivanauskas got a free kick in the 95th minute. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
