Alfie Nethercot was out of position in the 23 minute of play, and Alam Brito capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Alam Brito really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. 25 minutes into the match, Alfredo Saralegui had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Alfie Nethercot. Greenbay's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Alfredo Saralegui was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. Greenbay's Alfie Nethercot proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 31st minute of the match, managed to save Greenbay from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Blanco Paris in the 33rd minute of play forced Greenbay's goalkeeper Alfie Nethercot to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 34th match minute, Greenbay was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jordan Ellis to maneuver through the defense. Alam Brito recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 41st minute, Junior Leadbeater hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A hard shot by Alonso Venturino from long distance, 42 minutes into the match, got Alfie Nethercot's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Blanco Paris blasted a shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Alfie Nethercot having to make a save. Kåre Nochev showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Quentin Preston in the 46th minute of the match. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

With a couple of smart ball manuevers Blanco Paris in the 61st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alfie Nethercot saved Greenbay from getting behind. U. de Tarapacá were awarded a corner in the 62th minute after Greenbay's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Alonso Venturino took the corner. U. de Tarapacá's Alonso Venturino was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Alfie Nethercot in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Elvis Nieto hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. In the 75th minute Blanco Paris shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alfie Nethercot saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alfie Nethercot showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Blanco Paris, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. Elvis Nieto kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. The supporters of U. de Tarapacá booed when Greenbay was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Al Knight didn't get a good kick on the ball. Alfie Nethercot made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Elvis Nieto in the 94th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. U. de Tarapacá had won after a very even match.
