Gerard van den Eede started the match with the kick off. If Gerard van den Eede had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Izaak Achterberg kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. Elmtaryd Agunnaryd's Hugo Hellqvist shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 35th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Jean-Paul Daalmeyer but with some difficulty. 38 minutes into the match, Gerard van den Eede had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Daniel Viklund. Elmtaryd Agunnaryd's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gerard van den Eede was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. 47 minutes into the match, Gerard van den Eede notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Elmtaryd Agunnaryd's Daniel Viklund. Daniel Viklund was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Herman Falkrantz to strike the kick off in the second half. Gerard van den Eede's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Daniel Viklund read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 52nd minute of play. Daniel Viklund showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Izaak Achterberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. Daniel Viklund made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gerard van den Eede in the 56th minute.
