After a defensive mix-up in Elmtaryd Agunnaryd's zone, Coronel Durango stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Magnus Tillman during the 23rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 48 played minutes, Ciruel Academy's Mircea Balint shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Daniel Viklund came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Ciruel Academy reached it. After the first half Ciruel Academy were leading 0-5. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Daniel Viklund showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Coronel Durango, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. Daniel Viklund showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zuberbuhler Gordo in the 63rd minute of the match. Ulryk Brzeszczak received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Daniel Viklund came out and tried to block the shot, but Ulryk Brzeszczak slotted it home off the left post making it 0-7 in the 71st minute. In the 73rd minute Herman Falkrantz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Themistoklis Saveris saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Themistoklis Saveris stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Herman Falkrantz's shot from short distance in the 90th minute. Alexander-James Isak hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. If Velasco Vives had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the final whistle sounded Ciruel Academy left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Elmtaryd Agunnaryd.
