Rodriguinho de Queirós showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Celestino Bazkoare in the 12th minute of the match. In the 15th match minute, Social y Dep. Patagonia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marcelo Mattin to maneuver through the defense. 18 minutes into the match, Acácio Ortiz dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Isidro Chuan, 1-0. Jailson de Mendonça sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Isidro Chuan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Acácio Ortiz in the 28th minute of the match. Sergio Raymundo hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. In the 30th minute, Cafu Aparecido sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Social y Dep. Patagonia's Isidro Chuan didn't even have to move. Social y Dep. Patagonia's Isidro Chuan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 34th minute of the match, managed to save Social y Dep. Patagonia from getting a goal against them. Acácio Ortiz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 37th minute of the match, but Isidro Chuan made a huge save. 38 minutes into the match, Imbituba - FSCMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Cayetano Paz came free, but Rodriguinho de Queirós reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 39 minutes into the game, Celestino Bazkoare cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Rodriguinho de Queirós was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Lúcio Proença to strike the kick off in the second half. Celestino Bazkoare recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Acácio Ortiz in the 67th minute of play forced Social y Dep. Patagonia's goalkeeper Isidro Chuan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Joel Cibran hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. In the 79th minute Cayetano Paz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rodriguinho de Queirós saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 85th minute, Acácio Ortiz left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Imbituba - FSCMZ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. Isidro Chuan came out of the goal in the 88th minute to try and stop a shot by Imbituba - FSCMZ's Lúcio Proença. But to his dismay, Lúcio Proença quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Acácio Ortiz in the 95th minute of play forced Social y Dep. Patagonia's goalkeeper Isidro Chuan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Imbituba - FSCMZ were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Social y Dep. Patagonia for a fine match.
