The referee ignored 1989 Blxsk's protests and gave Wen Xiang Mo a yellow card for diving instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Venancio Pancho in the 26th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Danilo Santxol prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When 1989 Blxsk's Mario Tiniebra in the 28th minute got a chance for a shot 28th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Soroca F.C.'s goalie prevented a goal. With a little luck, Soroca F.C.'s Danilo Santxol got control of the ball when Mario Tiniebra tried to sneak it across the goal line. 32 minutes into the match, Soroca F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Mario Tiniebra came free, but Danilo Santxol reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A nice corner shot did that Carlos Platon got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Danilo Santxol quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Soroca F.C.'s Danilo Santxol played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mario Tiniebra in the 36th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mario Tiniebra in the 36th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Danilo Santxol saved Soroca F.C. from getting behind. 1989 Blxsk's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Carlos Platon in the 37th minute. The free kick made by 1989 Blxsk's Venancio Pancho led to a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Osvaldo Urki during the 43rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of 1989 Blxsk booed when Soroca F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Osvaldo Urki didn't get a good kick on the ball.

Mario Tiniebra scored 1-1 in the 58th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Danilo Santxol, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 63 minutes of play, 1989 Blxsk's Wen Xiang Mo made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Danilo Santxol was left in no man's land by his defense there! The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Arnaldo Oskitz during the 72nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 72nd match minute, Soroca F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arnaldo Oskitz to maneuver through the defense. Danilo Santxol made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mario Tiniebra in the 75th minute of play. Esteban Juvenal hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. 1989 Blxsk's Carlos Platon got a good chance for a goal in the 77th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 81st minute the ball was on its way in behind Soroca F.C.'s goalkeeper Danilo Santxol, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Soroca F.C.'s Osvaldo Urki got a free kick in the 84th minute. Arnaldo Oskitz was shown his second yellow card after 89 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. After having played for 91 minutes, Jonathan Bartoli managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. 1989 Blxsk's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jonathan Bartoli was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Venancio Pancho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. For all the effort they put into the match, the Soroca F.C. players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for 1989 Blxsk.
