West Staines Massive's Theodor Adorno played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jorge-Luis Sivieri in the 17th minute of play. Patxi Claude's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Theodor Adorno read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 20th minute of play. Ceferino Balasi was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Lucas Mårtensson showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 21 minute of play. In the 24th minute, Lucas Mårtensson ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ceferino Balasi was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. 29 minutes into the match, Patxi Claude had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Theodor Adorno. West Staines Massive's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Patxi Claude was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. With a little luck, Zorros del Desierto's Ceferino Balasi got control of the ball when Onur Sarıaslan tried to sneak it across the goal line. Cerilo Romero hit a great ball. Kong Gang Feng might have been able to make a better finish in the 73rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ceferino Balasi. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Kong Gang Feng ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 80th minute, Lucas Mårtensson left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The West Staines Massive fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-1. West Staines Massive's Theodor Adorno proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 86th minute of the match, managed to save West Staines Massive from getting a goal against them.
