Pepino’s's Asier Gaviño nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Daumantas Kardašius made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. After some careless play in the FC Žalia Giria defense, Elear Iparraguirre kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Daumantas Kardašius. The FC Žalia Giria fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Daumantas Kardašius should have stopped the shot. Elear Iparraguirre received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Daumantas Kardašius tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 20 minutes, Elear Iparraguirre made it 0-4 with a short kick to the right side. FC Žalia Giria's Daumantas Kardašius tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. When the match clock showed 23 minutes, the score became 0-5 when Elear Iparraguirre sped through FC Žalia Giria's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Daumantas Kardašius. Linas Gimžauskas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Jacinto Asmussen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The throw-in from Konstantinas Ubavičius in the 30th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by C.D. Pepino’s's Baldomiro Angellotti. Elear Iparraguirre blasted a shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Daumantas Kardašius having to make a save. Daumantas Kardašius stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Elear Iparraguirre's shot from short distance in the 39th minute. When Linas Gimžauskas fell near the penalty area in the 44th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Žalia Giria's protests and gave Linas Gimžauskas a yellow card for diving instead. Linas Gimžauskas hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. Daumantas Kardašius took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Elear Iparraguirre, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Asier Gaviño to strike the kick off in the second half. FC Žalia Giria's Daumantas Kardašius proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 57th minute of the match, managed to save FC Žalia Giria from getting a goal against them. Konstantinas Ubavičius got a throw-in 59 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Ernestas Genys. Asier Gaviño's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 62ndth minute, Daumantas Kardašius skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Elear Iparraguirre got free with Daumantas Kardašius in the 65th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Elear Iparraguirre had several of the FC Žalia Giria's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 70 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-6 score and a disappointed Daumantas Kardašius as he didn't even see the shot coming. 75 minutes into the match, FC Žalia Giria's goalkeeper Daumantas Kardašius had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Elear Iparraguirre. In the 76th minute, Konstantinas Ubavičius hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Daumantas Kardašius was out of position in the 77 minute of play, and Elear Iparraguirre capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Elear Iparraguirre really showed his touch with that goal: 0-7. The supporters of C.D. Pepino’s booed when FC Žalia Giria was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Konstantinas Ubavičius didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Elear Iparraguirre had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. With a little luck, FC Žalia Giria's Daumantas Kardašius got control of the ball when Elear Iparraguirre tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience was convinced that Elear Iparraguirre's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Daumantas Kardašius was relentless in the 83rd minute of the game. After a rather tough play, FC Žalia Giria's Konstantinas Ubavičius got a free kick in the 86th minute. Elear Iparraguirre could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 87th minute of the match, but Daumantas Kardašius made a huge save. When the final whistle sounded C.D. Pepino’s left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than FC Žalia Giria.
