After 3 minutes, Ronaldinho Carioca mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the INTERNACIONAL DA BAHIA and the Parfrente FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Lucas Head Son sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ronaldinho Carioca fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Haroldo Chaves having to interfere. With a little luck, Parfrente FC's Haroldo Chaves got control of the ball when Lucas Head Son tried to sneak it across the goal line. A throw-in in the 22nd minute of the game was made by Iravata Chavan with Juvenal Barreto as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. In the 24th minute Juvenal Barreto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Abtin Sadeqi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 24 minutes of play, Parfrente FC's Juvenal Barreto made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Abtin Sadeqi was left in no man's land by his defense there! The supporters of Parfrente FC booed when INTERNACIONAL DA BAHIA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Carlo Gamarra didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 29th minute of the match Kauan Carioca shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Abtin Sadeqi showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After 30 minutes INTERNACIONAL DA BAHIA's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Kauan Carioca who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Parfrente FC's Kauan Carioca to fire away a dangerous shot which Abtin Sadeqi despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Abtin Sadeqi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kauan Carioca in the 36th minute of play. Abtin Sadeqi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Juvenal Barreto in the 39th minute of play. INTERNACIONAL DA BAHIA's Abtin Sadeqi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kauan Carioca in the 40th minute of play. Ronaldinho Carioca hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Kauan Carioca to make the kick off. Juvenal Barreto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Ronaldinho Carioca didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 58th minute, Lucas Head Son ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Haroldo Chaves was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. INTERNACIONAL DA BAHIA's Márcio Santos quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Iravata Chavan, made in the 62nd minute of the game. Haroldo Chaves showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lucas Head Son in the 63rd minute of the match. After 64 minutes, Lucas Head Son made it 2-1 with a short kick to the right side. Parfrente FC's Haroldo Chaves tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Haroldo Chaves came out of the goal in the 70th minute to try and stop a shot by INTERNACIONAL DA BAHIA's Lucas Head Son. But to his dismay, Lucas Head Son quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. INTERNACIONAL DA BAHIA's defense didn't have a chance, in the 73rd minute, when Juvenal Barreto scored to the left of an out of position Abtin Sadeqi, making the score, 3-2. In the 81st minute, Parfrente FC's Kauan Carioca ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Abtin Sadeqi. Abtin Sadeqi yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-3. After 84 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for INTERNACIONAL DA BAHIA! When the match had gone on for 85 minutes, Kauan Carioca took a quick shot and it went in 3-4 without a chance for Abtin Sadeqi to make any attempt to save it. Kauan Carioca sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 93 played minutes, INTERNACIONAL DA BAHIA's Márcio Santos shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Haroldo Chaves came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in INTERNACIONAL DA BAHIA reached it. In the 97th minute, Ronaldinho Carioca got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The INTERNACIONAL DA BAHIA fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Parfrente FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
