In the 9thth minute of the game Patxi Claude who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but C.D. Pepino’s's Jacinto Asmussen was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The supporters of C.D. Pepino’s booed when Zorros del Desierto was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jean Cruz didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 13th minute, Elear Iparraguirre made a precise shot to the right of Ceferino Balasi. Zorros del Desierto's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Patxi Claude could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 18th minute of the match, but Jacinto Asmussen made a huge save. Elear Iparraguirre sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Elear Iparraguirre fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ceferino Balasi having to interfere. Ceferino Balasi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Elear Iparraguirre in the 36th minute of play. After a rather tough play, C.D. Pepino’s's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Zorros del Desierto the free kick. A collision led to C.D. Pepino’s getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Marcelo Galeno hit a great ball. The audience thought it was a sure goal in the 46th minute, when Zorros del Desierto's 冰谷 谢霆锋 after having done a great run through the defense got himself free with Jacinto Asmussen in C.D. Pepino’s's goal and fired away a shot, but it missed the goal by a fraction of an inch. After 47 played minutes C.D. Pepino’s got a freekick which was hit by Imre Mihály. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Asier Gaviño stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The crowd rose to their feet as C.D. Pepino’s's Elear Iparraguirre slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Ceferino Balasi. That made the score 1-2 after 55 minutes of play. A collision led to Zorros del Desierto getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Jorge-Luis Sivieri hit a great ball. Zorros del Desierto's Ceferino Balasi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Elear Iparraguirre in the 59th minute of play. In the 62nd minute Elear Iparraguirre shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ceferino Balasi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ceferino Balasi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Elear Iparraguirre in the 63rd minute of the match. The supporters of Zorros del Desierto booed when C.D. Pepino’s was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Don Patron didn't get a good kick on the ball. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that 冰谷 谢霆锋 couldn't finish the play. Zorros del Desierto's Simón Chavez quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Jimeno Mac Donald, made in the 84th minute of the game. After a defensive mix-up in C.D. Pepino’s's zone, Simón Chavez stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jacinto Asmussen came out of the goal and Simón Chavez tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, C.D. Pepino’s's Marcelo Galeno got a free kick in the 94th minute. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
