Spectators: 8007 (Terracing: 6007, Seating: 1841, VIP seats: 159) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Jorge-Luis Sivieri started the match with the kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jorge-Luis Sivieri in the 11th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Linas Žvigaitis prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Jorge-Luis Sivieri who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 12thth minute tested the skills of Linas Žvigaitis when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 13th match minute, FC Žalia Giria was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Linas Gimžauskas to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in FC Žalia Giria's zone, Jorge-Luis Sivieri stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Linas Žvigaitis came out of the goal and Jorge-Luis Sivieri tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Vėjas Abakevičius during the 14th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to FC Žalia Giria getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Vėjas Abakevičius hit a great ball. After 17 played minutes FC Žalia Giria got a freekick which was hit by Rūtenis Sartauskas. The audience thought a goal was coming when Zelipe Claro got free with Linas Žvigaitis in the 20th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The Zorros del Desierto fans' excitement grew in the 22nd match minute when Zorros del Desierto's Zelipe Claro looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 26 minutes into the match, FC Žalia Giria's goal looked a bit too open when Zelipe Claro came free, but Linas Žvigaitis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 26 played minutes FC Žalia Giria got a freekick which was hit by Jogaila Radeikis. Linas Žvigaitis came out of the goal in the 33rd minute to try and stop a shot by Zorros del Desierto's Patxi Claude. But to his dismay, Patxi Claude quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Zelipe Claro in the 43rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Linas Žvigaitis prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After some careless play in the FC Žalia Giria defense, Patxi Claude kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Linas Žvigaitis. The FC Žalia Giria fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Linas Žvigaitis should have stopped the shot. Af the end of the first half the score was 7-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Linas Žvigaitis came out of the goal in the 55th minute to try and stop a shot by Zorros del Desierto's Patxi Claude. But to his dismay, Patxi Claude quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 8-0. Patxi Claude sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 63 played minutes FC Žalia Giria got a freekick which was hit by Linas Gimžauskas. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Zelipe Claro in the 66th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Linas Žvigaitis saved FC Žalia Giria from getting behind. Simón Chavez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 70th minute, Patxi Claude got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Patxi Claude fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Linas Žvigaitis having to interfere. Paulo Almi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Zorros del Desierto were awarded a corner in the 80th minute after FC Žalia Giria's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Elazar Dundan took the corner. After some careless play in the FC Žalia Giria defense, Patxi Claude kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Linas Žvigaitis. The FC Žalia Giria fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Linas Žvigaitis should have stopped the shot. 89 minutes into the match, Simón Chavez had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Linas Žvigaitis. FC Žalia Giria's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Simón Chavez was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 11-0. When Patxi Claude came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the Zorros del Desierto fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Patxi Claude couldn't finish the play. Linas Žvigaitis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Patxi Claude, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Simón Chavez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Linas Žvigaitis having to interfere. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Zorros del Desierto had played much better football throughout.
