When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Domenico Báez made a kick off. 54 minutes into the match, Odważni's goal looked a bit too open when Arturo Vidal came free, but Piotr Noworolnik reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 91 played minutes, Colo-Colo's Ernesto Campusano shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Piotr Noworolnik came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Colo-Colo reached it. Piotr Noworolnik took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lucho Pérez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Odważni's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
