Marino Sadin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Szczepan Betonowy in the 9th minute. Piotr Noworolnik took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lucho Pérez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ben West's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 14thth minute, Marino Sadin skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Szczepan Betonowy received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Marino Sadin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 22nd minute of the match Edmund Zdrojewski shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Marino Sadin showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Jaume Mattei fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Piotr Noworolnik having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by José Maria Baquero during the 29th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Odważni booed when Colo-Colo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. José Maria Baquero didn't get a good kick on the ball. 30 minutes into the match, Colo-Colo's goal looked a bit too open when Ben West came free, but Marino Sadin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Odważni's Ben West managed to work through Colo-Colo's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Ben West dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. Ben Wests short, quick shot in the 36thth minute got Marino Sadin to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Piotr Noworolnik showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arturo Vidal, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. 42 minutes into the game, Szczepan Betonowy was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Odważni's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Colo-Colo the free kick. 44 minutes into the game, Colo-Colo's Domenico Báez nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Piotr Noworolnik made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ben West made a kick off. 53 minutes into the match, Odważni's Maciek Majewski sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Marino Sadin narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Piotr Noworolnik made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lucho Pérez in the 56th minute. During the 56th minute of the match Szczepan Betonowy completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Szczepan Betonowy a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In the 57th minute, Szczepan Betonowy hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Aquiles Bernabel was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 58 minutes into the match. After 61 played minutes Odważni got a freekick which was hit by Maciek Majewski. After 64 played minutes Colo-Colo got a freekick which was hit by Florentino Manterola. Maciek Majewski might have been able to make a better finish in the 67th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Marino Sadin. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Maciek Majewski ran back to his position shaking his head. Colo-Colo made a substitution. David Israel Epulef replaced Domenico Báez. Piotr Noworolnik showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from David Israel Epulef, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. Colo-Colo's Marino Sadin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maciek Majewski in the 83rd minute of play. Maciek Majewski's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Marino Sadin read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 86th minute of play. After 97 played minutes Colo-Colo got a freekick which was hit by David Israel Epulef. A collision led to Colo-Colo getting a freekick after 98 minutes play. David Israel Epulef hit a great ball.
