Spectators: 8030 (Terracing: 6024, Seating: 1846, VIP seats: 160) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Arif Burak Kalhan took the kick off in the first half of the match. Koray Tokcan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Evert Dahlqvist in the 10th minute of play. With a little luck, Altar SK 1283's Koray Tokcan got control of the ball when Evert Dahlqvist tried to sneak it across the goal line. 22 minutes into the match, AIK FOTBOLL's goal looked a bit too open when Ahmet Rıfat Cihanmert came free, but Arne Kilström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Svante Vestlund charged in rather forcefully in the 22nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Svante Vestlund the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Ahmet Rıfat Cihanmert, 23 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Arne Kilström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arif Burak Kalhan, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. Olov Deckberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Koray Tokcan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Altar SK 1283's zone, Stig-Arne Skålberg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Koray Tokcan came out of the goal and Stig-Arne Skålberg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 33 minutes into the game, Elof Hedin cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Koray Tokcan was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Elof Hedin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 44 minutes into the match, Altar SK 1283's goalkeeper Koray Tokcan had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Evert Dahlqvist. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Evert Dahlqvist was the one to do the kick off. Zülfikar Babürşah made in the 51st minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by AIK FOTBOLL's Michel Bergendahl. Evert Dahlqvist's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Koray Tokcan read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 53rd minute of play. After some careless play in the Altar SK 1283 defense, Elof Hedin kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Koray Tokcan. The Altar SK 1283 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Koray Tokcan should have stopped the shot. Evert Dahlqvist's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Koray Tokcan read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 58th minute of play. After 58 played minutes Altar SK 1283 got a freekick which was hit by Alaaddin Erşahin. When Evert Dahlqvist came up free with the goalie in the 60th minute, the AIK FOTBOLL fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Evert Dahlqvist couldn't finish the play. AIK FOTBOLL's Benne Speed was substituted for Gürkan Gurka. AIK FOTBOLL's Robert Hermansson was substituted for Evert Dahlqvist. 66 minutes into the game, Ahmet Rıfat Cihanmert cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Arne Kilström was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Robert Hermansson kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. Koray Tokcan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Robert Hermansson in the 73rd minute of play. In the 77th minute of the match AIK FOTBOLL got a corner. Altar SK 1283's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Viggo Harlén ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on AIK FOTBOLL's corner Viggo Harlén fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Koray Tokcan quite easily take care of the ball. AIK FOTBOLL were awarded a corner in the 81th minute after Altar SK 1283's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Viggo Harlén took the corner. The corner led AIK FOTBOLL's Viggo Harlén to fire away a dangerous shot which Koray Tokcan despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Koray Tokcan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fredrik Axelsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. After having played for 90 minutes, Fredrik Axelsson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. AIK FOTBOLL's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fredrik Axelsson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, Altar SK 1283's Kemal Saban got a free kick in the 91st minute. Koray Tokcan came out of the goal in the 95th minute to try and stop a shot by AIK FOTBOLL's Fredrik Axelsson. But to his dismay, Fredrik Axelsson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. AIK FOTBOLL were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Altar SK 1283 for a fine match.
