Spectators: 7987 (Terracing: 5991, Seating: 1837, VIP seats: 159) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Pelle Prat started the match with the kick off. 3 minutes into the match, Xentrias's goalkeeper Stig Busk had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Dinu Slicaru. 5 minutes into the game, Xentrias's Jussi Björling nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Luca Brădescu made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Luca Brădescu came out of the goal in the 10th minute to try and stop a shot by Xentrias's Pelle Prat. But to his dismay, Pelle Prat quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. When Jussi Björling came up free with the goalie in the 16th minute, the Xentrias fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jussi Björling couldn't finish the play. With a little luck, Xentrias's Stig Busk got control of the ball when Dumitru Bogătean tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Jussi Björling had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 28th minute, Jussi Björling got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of GoooooooooooooooooooooooL booed when Xentrias was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lukas Bjursell didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 33 minutes, Dumitru Bogătean managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. GoooooooooooooooooooooooL's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dumitru Bogătean was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 39th minute, Pelle Prat made a precise shot to the right of Luca Brădescu. GoooooooooooooooooooooooL's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. Luca Brădescu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jussi Björling, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. Dumitru Bogătean could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 47th minute of the match, but Stig Busk made a huge save. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Dinu Slicaru to strike the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the game, Jussi Björling cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Luca Brădescu was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Jussi Björling received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Luca Brădescu came out and tried to block the shot, but Jussi Björling slotted it home off the left post making it 0-5 in the 54th minute. After some careless play in the GoooooooooooooooooooooooL defense, Pelle Prat kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Luca Brădescu. The GoooooooooooooooooooooooL fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Luca Brădescu should have stopped the shot. 64 minutes into the game, Jussi Björling lined in a short shot 0-7 behind a frustrated Luca Brădescu. In the 68th minute, Xentrias's Jussi Björling ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Luca Brădescu. Luca Brădescu yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-8. After 77 minutes of play, Xentrias's Jussi Björling made it 0-9 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Luca Brădescu was left in no man's land by his defense there! A collision led to Xentrias getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Ana I hit a great ball. Jussi Björling sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 92nd minute, Paul Stănoiu made a precise shot to the right of Stig Busk. Xentrias's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-9. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Xentrias eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
