A collision led to Leicester Lions getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. John Peacock hit a great ball. With an all-out effort, Büyükçekmece FC.'s Callum Barratt threw himself towards the right post 18 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Ferhat Kaya, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Nepomuk Stradt showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Huey Porter in the 20th minute of the match. Nepomuk Stradt took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mike Wadham, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 25 minutes into the match, Leicester Lions's goalkeeper Callum Barratt had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Niyazi Özguner. A collision led to Büyükçekmece FC. getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Hakan Kaya hit a great ball. Nepomuk Stradt showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ralph Masters in the 31st minute of the match. 43 minutes into the match, Büyükçekmece FC.'s goal looked a bit too open when Mike Wadham came free, but Nepomuk Stradt reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Mike Wadham made a kick off. Ralph Masters charged in rather forcefully in the 52nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ralph Masters the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mike Wadham got free with Nepomuk Stradt in the 55th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Büyükçekmece FC.'s Nepomuk Stradt proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 57th minute of the match, managed to save Büyükçekmece FC. from getting a goal against them. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Nepomuk Stradt showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Ferhat Kaya's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Callum Barratt read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 70th minute of play. Leicester Lions's Adam Bettney was substituted for Ozzy Blythe. Ralf Hind got a throw-in 75 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Ralph Masters. After a rather tough play, Leicester Lions's Luke Deveraux got a free kick in the 78th minute. When Esen Baysungur came up free with the goalie in the 79th minute, the Büyükçekmece FC. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Esen Baysungur couldn't finish the play. Mike Wadham's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 85thth minute, Nepomuk Stradt skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Büyükçekmece FC. fans cheered their team off the field, for while Leicester Lions had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
