With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jeffery Vanooteghem prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the match had gone on for 7 minutes, Vic Burrows put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Jeffery Vanooteghem. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Julius Loremans during the 11th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 12th match minute, The Wolfpack™ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Julius Loremans to maneuver through the defense. In the 12th minute, Christofere Uytdebroeck hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ian Osborn got free with Jeffery Vanooteghem in the 20th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ian Osborn fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jeffery Vanooteghem having to interfere. Huey Porter scored 2-0 in the 26th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jeffery Vanooteghem, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Vic Burrows struck a weak shot in the 28th minute. Jeffery Vanooteghem didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Leicester Lions. After having played for 30 minutes, Igor Carabajal managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. The Wolfpack™'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Igor Carabajal was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Vic Burrows received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Jeffery Vanooteghem tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, The Wolfpack™'s Lucien Denijs got a free kick in the 35th minute. Vic Burrows took the ball and in the 41 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jeffery Vanooteghem. Jeffery Vanooteghem dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. When Huey Porter came up free with the goalie in the 44th minute, the Leicester Lions fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Huey Porter couldn't finish the play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Vic Burrows got free with Jeffery Vanooteghem in the 48th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Igor Carabajal made the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Vic Burrows hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jeffery Vanooteghem showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vic Burrows, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. After 72 minutes of play, Leicester Lions's Vic Burrows made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jeffery Vanooteghem was left in no man's land by his defense there! During the 74th minute of the match Julius Loremans completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Julius Loremans a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. 88 minutes into the match, The Wolfpack™'s goal looked a bit too open when Huey Porter came free, but Jeffery Vanooteghem reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jeffery Vanooteghem took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Huey Porter, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of The Wolfpack™ booed when Leicester Lions was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ian Osborn didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 95th match minute, Leicester Lions was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adam Bettney to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to The Wolfpack™ getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Klaas Pastijns hit a great ball.
