When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Horea Cenușă made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Costin Piț in the 51st minute of play forced Club Almirante Brown's goalkeeper Aldo Colon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 58 minutes into the game, Muget's Costin Piț nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Aldo Colon made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. Olimpiu Cenușă's late challenge caught a Club Almirante Brown's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Olimpiu Cenușă helped the player get up and apologised. In the 65th match minute, Muget was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Olimpiu Cenușă to maneuver through the defense. Aldo Colon was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The Muget supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Muget would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
