Jan Giejda received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Dejan Cumbo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Seraċini Għawdxin's Clayton Vella was substituted for Claudio Meli. Dejan Cumbo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Feliks Dzierwa in the 59th minute of the match. Roman Plachetka made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paul Montebello in the 63rd minute of play. In the 65th minute, Paul Montebello ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Roman Plachetka was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. Roderick Gordon charged in rather forcefully in the 69th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Roderick Gordon the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Shawn Darmanin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With his leg Dejan Cumbo managed to avoid a goal in the 94thth minute, when Bialski Bastion Legii's Konstanty Ziombkowski fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Bialski Bastion Legii walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
