After some careless play in the Cable a Tierra defense, Cyprian Henryk kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Edelmiro Eriz. The Cable a Tierra fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Edelmiro Eriz should have stopped the shot. Cable a Tierra's Edelmiro Eriz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cyprian Henryk in the 17th minute of play. Leon Roldan made an important save on a dangerous shot by Baltasar Gaitan in the 21st minute. A collision led to Howling Dawn U18 getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Cyprian Henryk hit a great ball. In the 28th minute of the match, Eusebio Gorosti tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Leon Roldan saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Leon Roldan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Baldomero Gaitan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Eleuterio Ekain sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dalmacio Natal in the 34th minute of play forced Cable a Tierra's goalkeeper Edelmiro Eriz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Romulo Palos hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Eusebio Gorosti got free with Leon Roldan in the 43rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Astor Manilan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edelmiro Eriz having to interfere. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Baltasar Gaitan to strike the kick off in the second half. Howling Dawn U18's Leon Roldan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eusebio Gorosti in the 52nd minute of play. A collision led to Howling Dawn U18 getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Romulo Palos hit a great ball. Eleuterio Ekain received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Leon Roldan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 59 minutes into the match, Howling Dawn U18's goal looked a bit too open when Eleuterio Ekain came free, but Leon Roldan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cable a Tierra were awarded a corner in the 63th minute after Howling Dawn U18's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Eleuterio Ekain took the corner. The corner ended in Fernan Lugo almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Howling Dawn U18's Leon Roldan did a great save. Eleuterio Ekain received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Leon Roldan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Howling Dawn U18's Baltasar Walme was substituted for Juan Bittor. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Luisito Pero during the 74th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Howling Dawn U18's Luisito Pero got a free kick in the 75th minute. In the 75th minute of the match Eleuterio Ekain shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Leon Roldan showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Leon Roldan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Baltasar Gaitan, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. 80 minutes into the match, Howling Dawn U18's goal looked a bit too open when Baltasar Gaitan came free, but Leon Roldan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Edelmiro Eriz made a fantastic save in the 81st minute, when Scott Weiland sent off a good shot on target. After 87 played minutes Howling Dawn U18 got a freekick which was hit by Godofredo Bordat. Ildefonso Guter hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. Baltasar Gaitan hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. Uriel Lauren took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 93rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Edelmiro Eriz. Cable a Tierra's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 96 minutes into the match, Howling Dawn U18's goal looked a bit too open when Eusebio Gorosti came free, but Leon Roldan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Cable a Tierra had won after a very even match.
