Spectators: 8019 (Terracing: 6016, Seating: 1844, VIP seats: 159) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Florian Fanfarone started the match with the kick off. Medoacus Maior's Florian Fanfarone got a good chance for a goal in the 3rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of Medoacus Maior booed when Cable a Tierra was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Victoriano Eztebe didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bernardo Mameli showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eleuterio Ekain in the 10th minute of the match. 13 minutes into the match, Eusebio Gorosti notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Medoacus Maior's Bernardo Mameli. Bernardo Mameli was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Nacho Gonzalez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Florian Fanfarone in the 15th minute of play. In the 16th match minute, Medoacus Maior was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fabrizio Donadoni to maneuver through the defense. 17 minutes into the match, Eusebio Gorosti notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Medoacus Maior's Bernardo Mameli. Bernardo Mameli was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Cable a Tierra's Nacho Gonzalez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Florian Fanfarone in the 20th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Florian Fanfarone in the 22nd minute of play forced Cable a Tierra's goalkeeper Nacho Gonzalez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Eleuterio Ekain hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. In the 33rd minute, Fulvio Tosi left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Medoacus Maior fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. Eusebio Gorosti received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Bernardo Mameli tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Baltasar Gaitan made a kick off. Bernardo Mameli made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Victoriano Eztebe in the 56th minute of play. A collision led to Medoacus Maior getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Fabrizio Donadoni hit a great ball. Florian Fanfarone could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 61st minute of the match, but Nacho Gonzalez made a huge save. Nacho Gonzalez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fulvio Tosi in the 63rd minute of play. In the 67th minute, Florian Fanfarone ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Nacho Gonzalez was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. A collision led to Cable a Tierra getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Roberto Lucila hit a great ball. In the 70th minute of the match Anselmo Signori shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Nacho Gonzalez showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, Cable a Tierra's Fernan Lugo got a free kick in the 79th minute. In the 81st minute, Roberto Lucila hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 82 minutes into the match, Cable a Tierra's goal looked a bit too open when Fulvio Tosi came free, but Nacho Gonzalez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Andrea Cosi hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. 84 minutes into the match, Cable a Tierra's Eleuterio Ekain sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Bernardo Mameli narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Eusebio Gorosti scored 3-2 in the 86th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Bernardo Mameli, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Bernardo Mameli showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Victoriano Eztebe in the 93rd minute of the match. Victoriano Eztebe kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. For all the effort they put into the match, the Medoacus Maior players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Cable a Tierra.
